Grace Scott is an adjunct professor at Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She teaches traditional rendering techniques for the illustration department focusing on graphite, oil paint, and the creation of intriguing and successful illustrations.
Graduating with honors, she received her Masters Degree in Fine Art Painting from Kendall College of Art and Design in 2013 and also a Bachelors Degree in Illustration from Kendall in 2010.
She also works as a freelance illustrator and commissioned artist designing and creating for local businesses and individuals around the country. Grace also shows in galleries and continues to build a solid body of work.
Her paintings have been described as cinematic, totemic, and prophetic narratives that have the ease and strangeness of dreams.
